Burger feed

Webster Area Robocats are hosting a burger tailgate feed Sept. 20, 5-7 p.m. at the Career and Technical Education Center parking lot on Main Street before the start of the Webster Area vs. Redfield homecoming game.

Annual meeting

Enemy Swim Sanitation District annual meeting is Sept. 20, 4 p.m. at NeSoDak Bible Camp Lodge.

Pie and ice cream

Pie, ice cream and a beverage will be served Sept. 20 following the homecoming parade at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Webster.

Video series

A nondenominational Bible study video series from Focus on the Family will be presented Sundays, 7 p.m. at Heritage Village Chapel, Webster.

Fall bazaar

Fall bazaar at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Grenville is Sept. 29, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.


PAWS Walk is Sept. 28 with registration at 10 a.m. at the north entrance of Webster City Park. Walk begins at 10:30 and hot dogs will be available at 11.


Germanfest is Sept. 28, 11 a.m. at Webster Armory. Activities include over 30 vendors, German meal served 4-7 p.m. with a run/walk, cornhole tournament, homemade beer and wine contest, wine & sign, concessions, kuchen contest, beer tasting, fun, games and Wendinger Band.

Farm Bureau meeting

Clark/Day County Farm Bureau meeting is Sept. 24, 7 p.m. in the Ullyott Building, Clark. FSA field staff will present information on changes in the new farm bill. Clark/Day County Farm Bureau annual membership meeting will follow. Resolutions will come before the group for approval to be submitted to the State Farm Bureau Resolutions Committee and upcoming meetings will be planned.


New year of AWANA Youth Ministries begins Sept. 18, 6 p.m. at Webster United Methodist Church. A parent or guardian needs to accompany the child for registration and a light meal. AWANA meets 6:30-7:45 each night and children ages three through sixth grade are welcome.

Supper, gun raffle

Webster Fire Rescue & Auxiliary supper and gun raffle is Oct. 12 with a social at 5:30 p.m. and meal at 7 at Webster Armory. Tickets are available from Webster firemen and are limited. Tickets purchased by Sept. 20 are eligible for the early bird gun giveaway.
