Steak fry supper

Steak fry supper will be served Aug. 24 starting at 5 p.m. at Museum of Wildlife, Science & Industry, Webster. Tickets are available from board members or at the door. Call 345-4751. Proceeds will go to upkeep and maintenance of the museum.

Dallas Holm concert

Dallas Holm will perform Aug. 25, 7 p.m. at Webster Armory. The event is sponsored by Fields of Glory Ministry.

Frontier Days

Waubay Frontier Days are Aug. 22 and 24 at Waubay Arena. August 22 will feature jackpot team roping at 6 p.m. Events Aug. 24 include the Little Loopers Ranch Rodeo at 10 a.m. with ranch rodeo at 5 p.m. Call Abbey Nible, 467-3313 for more information.

Driver reminder

School begins Aug. 19 and drivers are reminded by Webster City Police that when you see any school bus, including the Head Start bus, with its sign out or lights flashing you must stop. Also keep an eye out for school children and pedestrians crossing the street.

ESSD meeting

Enemy Swim Sanitation District meets Aug. 30, 4 p.m. at NeSoDak Bible Camp Lodge. Trustee election is Sept. 10 with the annual meeting Sept. 20.

Archery shoot

An outdoor 3-D archery shoot is Aug. 24, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Izaak Walton League, 500 W. Hwy. 12, Webster.
